(c) for Recording, Mixing and Mastering the number of tracks/instruments on average for each song, and
(d) the total number of minutes.

For example, if your project requires Mixing for 3 songs with more-or-less 16 tracks (8 for drums, bass, two for guitar and vocals) each, with lengths 3:20, 4:05 and 3:35, youd check "Mixing" and pick "3" in "No. of Songs", "9-16" in "Tracks (each)" and "10-15" in "Minutes (total)".
